Initial diagnosis of noise was wrong. After compressor, water pump and then alternator, noise has finally gone. That was after my 1977.77 bill. In his defense, Yonic went out of his way to make it right.

Chris was awesome. I called looking for a tire. He put me through to the parts depr. They had it in stock and sent me back to Chris. Not only was Chris able to provide same day service, he told me ot would be done in a few hours and it was. Took the stress immediately away. He notified me as soon as it was done. He even offered to send the shuttle knowing the car haf been towed there. Well done.

I waited while my car was being serviced. The waiting area was accomidating and equipped with computers, desks, and a television to fill the need of the customers. There was a coffee machine readily available anytime. Art, my service rep, kept me updated on the status of my car. My car needed more service than expected and Art came out and explained everything to me. My overall experience was excellent and I will be bringing my car back for service.

Jason is awesome so are the majority of your service guys. I also feel that you should survey what people think about the mechanic. They do the majority of the work and have most of the responsibility. They are the ones that need to have their work noticed. My mechanic was David Neal and he did an excellent job in finding out why my brand new battery wouldn’t stay charged. What a little air-conditioning piece can make a lot go wrong. He is very knowledgeable And yet humble. I like taking my car to Honda Corona.

I just had an oil change. I was told it would take 1.5 hrs which is long. When I asked about the status after 1.5 hrs., it wasn’t ready. It took 2 hours to do a simple oil change. When I arrived there was no cars in front of me. My guess is my car got lost in the queue, and they did the work when I asked about it. I always got good service from Honda of Corona except this time.
