Not completely satisfied at all! I had a horrible experience when I came in to get an oil change . Paul, who I believe is the manager of service. Not sure. Was very rude. He let the door close on my face, while I was following him into the service office,had a bitter attitude when I asked why I have to pay for my oil change considering I had previously bought an oil change package from you guys. Maybe he wasn’t aware but he certainly did not have to have an attitude about it either.
