Honda service should be ashamed at itself for the scam of charging its service customers $20 for a tire rotation. Your mechanics can rotate tires in probably 10 minutes or less while it is on a lift. I have had a mechanic that has done this for years for me for free with an older vehicle with an oil change. (Most mechanics do this complimentary) Big name retailers like Pep Boys and Walmart among others do this for free with oil changes as well. Big chain tire stores like Costco and America's Tire do this free for you for the life of your tires when you buy tires from them that is free for years. Granted, I did not buy tires from you, but this is just another example of how many places do free tire rotation because they value their customers and want them to come back. Honda Cars of Corona does not value their customers. You want people to use your service centers yet you gouge them on a tire rotation when you are already charging them $45 for an oil change? My total was just under $70 for an oil change and tire rotation. That was with a coupon. That is absurd and a rip off of your customers. I was willing to pay the $45 for the oil change, but was shocked when I also had to pay for the tire rotation. I should have just done the tire rotation myself. The answer I got from the service advisor was we are cheaper than Riverside who charges more for the tire rotation. You shouldn't be charging anything for the tire rotation and doing it as a service to keep your customers when they service their vehicle with you. I guess I will take my vehicle elsewhere to get serviced in the future. A place that doesn't gouge its customers for every little thing like a tire rotation that takes your mechanics under 10 minutes let alone the 2 hours it took to do my oil change with an appointment. A two hour oil change with an appointment should have included free tire rotation.

Eric was very diligent, as soon as I arrived he was there to give me his full attention, and explained to me in detail what needs to be done with the car. Eric is very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He called me when the service was done, as a customer of Honda Corona for many years, this service that Eric gave me was probably the best I ever have from Honda. Congratulations on having an employee like Eric. I am a satisfied customer.

I took my car a little after 10 am and was told it would be 3 hours..... got my vehicle at 5pm
