Jake was very helpful and respectful. As soon as I walked in he remembered me and got my car back right away. He kept me updated on progress. One my way home I experienced a problem with my vehicle. I immediately called and spoke with Jake. He was waiting in the bay when
I pulled in and was on top of getting my issue resolved in a timely manner.

I was scheduled for inspection with oil change, this took over 2 hours at this point I was told my vehicle needed braces to pass inspection. I know inspection takes about an hour, it would have been nice to be notified of issues to be resolved to move the process faster. However I was told after 2 hours and then back brakes took another hour. I waited from 9-12, I would have not stayed if I knew the length of time and wasn’t even offered a car wash with my services.
