I specifically asked if all my fluid levels and air in tires were checked and if reset was done correctly due to new windshield being installed. Was told Yes. My tire air light is still on and others flash. This upsets me. Specifically asked this question. Disappointed. ????. I live a distance away.

So I found an email coupon about 3am, and waited until about 8am to schedule my apt to see which service my 4runner needed.
I did not pay attention to the location of the email and clicked it to make a 4:30pm apt. For the same day.
(I am a 3rd shifterthatdoesnt normally check emails)
I showed up for my apt, and CJ said they don't normally have the 4:30 apt. We discovered i made the apt in Hebron Ohio! Opps.
CJ zipped back with so much energy to ask the amazing technicians if they could fit my car in for the 45k service. The Toyota crew agreed to fit my car in and all worked together to get the job done speedily!
As a 3rd shift nurse, Mummy of a 5 year old, wife of a disabled Vet- I greatly appreciate Toyota Greensburg! Thank you Very much! I really appreciate CJ and his extra work and the technicians for their extra work at the end of the day!

Toyota of Greensburg quickly addressed the issue with my car after having it towed there the day before ….Antonio kept me apprised of the status of my car…. Unfortunately no problem was discovered and they recommended that I continue to drive it to see if the problem reoccurs…. Been driving it for two days and it seems normal….

I am having issues with the Toyota App not showing tire pressures anymore when service connect is for 10 years. I am disappointed in Toyota for not having direct tire pressure reading on the display of all of their vehicles. If truely concerned with the safety of their customers it would be standard on all Toyota vehicles not just the higher end models. The lower end models still cost dearly!!! If you want loyalty; treat your Customers like family, don't try to squeeze money out of the poorer customers, The less affluent deserve safety also. Tire pressure readings on an app are less accessible than on the dash screen. Seems like a single part is the difference! Pretty sad if you ask me!!!
