There’s so many reasons why I love my Toyota. First off it’s been a wonderful vehicle. Martha is a 2015 rav4. Over the last 8 years I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Toyota of greensburg. BUT TODAY!!! Was probably the absolute BEST experience ever. It started with Stephen parks, he greeted me so friendly out at my vehicle. Asked me for the paperwork I needed while I was there, opened the door to the building (I have a young disabled daughter but you can’t tell by looks) and got my papers started. I waited in the kid room and he updated me. Got the replacements I needed to my vehicle then came back with my checkout papers. Went over things and also told me that my vehicle was in great shape for its age(which he’s right, she’s perfect!) so on the way out, he says I had them pull it back in the garage. He got the door yet again! Which it’s Super helpful with my daughter. I get to my vehicle where the back door to my daughters side is already open and ready for me. It was so convenient and appreciated, Then another guy came over and opened my trunk and helped me with my stroller, And helped guide me out of the garage so no one was coming. I hope someone is reading this and they make sure to know they have a wonderful employee and should appreciate him. Stephen Parks of greensburg Toyota, thank you so much!
