From the time I entered the garage, the atmosphere atTOG felt friendly. Jacob listened to what I needed and provided a reasonable timeframe for the work needed. He visited me in the waiting area(which was comfortable) and showed me a few items that needed attention in addition to the oil change, answered my questions and followed up with a notice on my phone when my car was finished. I was pleased with the efficiency of TOG’s service operation and I will return for future service needs.
