Upon the 25,000 mile scheduled maintenance, a faulty rear shock was found. I was told that the part would be ordered and I would be called to schedule. However, two weeks later, I still did not receive a phone call that the part had arrived so I reached out. Apparently, the part was not ordered upon my scheduled 25,000 mile maintenance. When the part arrived, I received a call to schedule. I was told that the appointment would take no longer than 30 to 45 minutes. I was in the dealership for more than two hours. Scheduling and time estimate should be more accurate. I am a customer with a packed schedule. Failure to follow up and gross misestimations as mentioned herein cause much upheaval in the lives of many.
On a positive note, Mr. Piper was very professional in his interaction with me, with the exception of the aforementioned, remembered and used my first name (a lot) and took his time to explain rendered services on the work order.
