Disappointing that what seemed like a simple repair could cost $1800. However, CJ reduced the service bill to $53 instead of $87. We appreciated this . We had requested appraisal while we were there, but had to remind you that we asked for this- and then were told we would have to wait 20 minutes for it. Not a good experience
