Stopped in for an annual inspection and emissions on my 2016 Tacoma and was informed of low battery voltage, the truestart battery was purchased 3 July 2019. I understand it’s a 2-year warranty at many Authorized Dealerships leaving 5+ months on the battery warranty from what I researched. However, it was suggested that I purchase a new battery, disappointed on possible quality of the Toyota parts and service.

5It was great have a female at the service desk.She was professional and courteous. As a note, she should inform that the new drive-over alignment gauging scale-like device indicates that alignment was indicated to be needed rather than ask if I want an alignment. I got the alignment with the explanation. A person from the shop came out to get water, and asked me if I owned the RAV. When I said yes, he said it was just about ready. That was a nice interaction on his part, and I'm thanking him again.
