I was disappointed with the lack of a loaner car available for my warranty service. My CSR, Steven did a great job. This is in no way a reflection on his level of service. He eventually got me a vehicle but it took around 5 days...It would have been a nice show of appreciation to offer me a free detailing or oil change. Something for my trouble of not having a car and have to manage a full schedule of kid activities, 2 jobs, and getting my wife to her job. I have been bringing my car to your dealership since I bought my vehicle from you in 2013. Multiple family members of mine work in the Toyota Manufacturing facility in Princeton, Indiana so I will always be a Toyota owner but a little giving on the dealership side would have went a long way to keep my confidence in your service department.
