Failed inspection due to what they called an unsecured battery which passed the previous 2 years at your dealership. Also, rusty rotors??? Every rotor in PA Is rusty.. And dirty rear breaks that just need cleaned.. RIDICULOUS!! Nit picking to gouge the customer to the tune of $400.. Finally, Mr Henry, (Service Manager), is very unprofessional. I requested the name of the tech who passed the inspection last year and he advised that I was not entitled to that info.. He also basically called me a liar in regards to battery passing last year during inspection. Will never deal with this dealership again and will let friends and acquaintances know exactly how this service department operates..
