‘Cept for the little bit of grease/dirt on passenger side front seat. no problem though, I got it right off with degreaser when I get home. I told one of the receptionists at the cashier’s desk that I really like the big open and clean waiting area and I could’ve stayed all day, because I had my sewing with me and it was plenty light and peaceful there. I was especially happy with the cappuccino and coffees available ! Service was a lot faster than I expected. I was prepared to be there three or four hours and I was out of there in just over two hours!

No loaner vehicle available when my 5.5 month old RAV needed a "software update." I requested the 5k mile maintenance check up while my vehicle was at the dealership and the system was never reset so now I will have to make a second trip so the maintenance can be logged in my vehicle's system and the "maintenance required soon" message will stop flashing on my dash.
