Went to service to get tire rotation then told oil change had to be done to on timely Toyota Care. After leaving Toyota my dashboard tire icon lite up so I returned to service told me they got light out. After leaving a second time light came on again so returned to service & was asked that I hit something on the road my answer to this is NO I’m not responsible for PENNDOT road maintenance. Light was not on before tires was rotated.
Have appointment on August 31 for maintenance because of light staying on.
This is the second time after January when I upgraded my leased vehicle that this problem has occurred. Toyota replaced a sensor, then too.
Also was told that upon entering service area machine sent data the front end Is slightly out of alignment would I agree to an alignment? I told her no not at 6,600 miles at my expense.

For the past two years you inspected and certified my vehicle. This yeat you refused to even inspect the car due to a crack in the windshield ... the crack has been there for the past 4 years, has not grown at all, is in the extreme lower left hand portion of the window and passed inspection at you facility over the past two years. I drive 50 miles each way from my hosue to your buisness and have done so on a regular basis to keep up with all the service requirements for my 4runner. After today I will never come back to your business , for service, for a car purchase (my car has recently been paid off and I'm now in thw market) nor will I ever recommend any freinds or family to due business at your facility. To put it on economic terms ... for a 35 dollar inspection you just lost 10s of thousands dollars of returuning and potential buisness. I was concerned that there people in the waiting area without masks on. Employees were also not wearing masks correctly.
I was planning on looking at the new Toyota’s in the showroom, but it was a huge deterrent.
While walking back from the restroom I witnessed a salesman without a mask on.
I have no issues with the actual service of my car, but I was extremely disappointed in the service/showroom area.
