The staff was very polite and the recall service was completed timely.... but i brought the van in with a pretty full tank, and when i picked it up the gas tank was empty. The service guy fully explained to me why this happened for the procedure done to the van.......
However, im out $80 . The gas that was in the van and the gas i had to put in van. I was surprised that Toyota would send me home without filling the tank or a gift card for gas.....
