I appreciate how quickly they got me in and out. I have been to other dealerships for service before and you sit for hours just for an oil change even with an appointment. My day off work I was still able to do other things. I love you guys

It would have been really good not to have the failure and have a loaner next day, but didn't happened. the service from road assistance was sloppy, but not the tow service. Brian was prompt in his job and assertive. He knows what he is doing and doesn't make promises but thinks in helping the customer.

I live in Florida - came in to get an oil change to get back home. First time to Toyota of Greensburg (I live closer to Monroeville but couldn't get an appointment) so I drove a little further than I would have liked. At first it did not feel welcoming - I did not know where to go and no one offered to help although there were several service advisors with no customers in front of them. I asked one where to go, he pointed to another area, went there and the guy said he was busy and pointed back to the first guy. This did not make me feel welcome or appreciated. That being said, once I got set up with my service advisor (his name escapes me) he was great. He explained where I should wait, and although it was a little longer than quoted, he met with me after and went over what services were performed. He pointed out where my car was parked to help me get back on the road.

I intentionally scheduled an oil change and 25,000 miles service for my last Toyota care for my highlander only to find out the oil change was not included because I didn’t quite have enough miles. Please! Also, I scheduled this service to also take care of an IOU from a recent new car purchase. I’ve been missing my second key fob since I bought the vehicle in June. When I arrived they had not prepared the fob, and determined they could not do it. What a waste of a trip and terrible customer service. I’ve spent almost $75,000 mins n vehicles, and can’t believe the service level we received.
