In for service today at 8:00am. for oil change and tire rotation. At 9:13 I received an email that my truck was finished. Went to the service desk and asked about my truck an was told they were doing paper work. Return to the customer service area and waited 30 minutes more for my paper work to be done. Not a very good experience today.

I had service done today and more work was needed than what I had expected, such that my total cost was $600. I asked about coupons and the service advisor mentioned $5 off for the oil change I came in for. My invoice does not show the application of that $5 off. Now that I am home I see in a recent email I received, a sliding scale coupon that would have given me $25 off service costing above $200. I intend to call tomorrow to try to get that $25 refunded. I live in Johnstown and have made a decision to choose your dealership for service even though I can get service much closer to home. I have regularly brought my car to you for service since I purchased it used in Altoona in 2018. Thank you.
