I went for a new tire . Mechanics broke the pressure sensor. The Service rep was
Honest and told me but I was Already there about 90 minutes before finding out .
I realize accidents happen it’s not a perfect world . The labor was not charged
Which I appreciate and they said there would be no charge for the new sensor, well I would hope Not. They are going to call when the part comes In . Another Trip another couple hours very frustrating. The car is a 2018 Lexus with 5800 miles very well taken care of . My first visit usually go to Lexus but how hard could it be for a new tire. Well I found out

Great reception by Rob Henry and he was very helpful. I added stat inspection to the routine service and was still able to get done at just over an hour. No car wash because it was raining so maybe next time.
