Brian was very helpful, as always. While my car was being serviced, he called me out and mentioned a few other things my car needed, or would need in the near future. He explained things in my language. Also, I returned the day after my appointment because the tire bags were oily and dirty. Brian took the initiative to remove the old bags and replace them with clean ones, then placed the tires in the trunk. Thanks, Brian!
