Very satisfied with service and the time in which service completed. Also took care of some scheduled maintenance that I was not aware of. Personnel were very courteous and to the point explaining work done. Your facility is always clean and comfortable when waiting for vehicle. I like walking through the show room to look at the latest vehicles. Always a good experience. Keep up the good work.

When I arrived at Toyota of Greensburg today, one young gentleman told me someone would be with me in a minute, don’t know the young mans name but I’ve seen him several times before. After waiting approximately 10 minutes that’s when AJ came and took care of me, as soon as Aj started taking care of me,the first gentleman then came from the back,walked out to where the vehicles pull in and sat on the back of a golf cart, it just seemed to me the first gentleman was avoiding to take care of me, very disappointed in the first gentleman, but AJ was fantastic to me, I will start requesting him from now on

I have expressed my frustration with Toyota multiple times. I purchased my vehicle in August and have had nothing but issues with it. I asked to talk to a manager today and expressed my frustration and he didn’t seem to care to much. I’m sure my lack of returning to Toyota for service or for a vehicle purchase in the future will not affect your revenue one bit as Toyota has the highest reputation in vehicle sales. At the very least you can learn from my experience so that no other customer has to go through what I have gone through. I bought a used vehicle and each moment that a sales person manager or service person has had to remind me of that they have used that to excuse the complications I have experienced. Let me just say I have purchased used vehicles my entire life and never from a reputable dealership and I have never experienced this many problems within even the first two to three years of owning the vehicle. It’s a lousy excuse for the issues I have had with my vehicle and the issues should have been caught BEFORE being sold. You want to know what they were? Look at the records I’m not getting into details for the tenth time in hopes someone will apologize at the very least which has NOT been done. The manager I expressed my frustration with today said “ well we took care of you when you had the issues” I had to come four saturdays almost in a row on my only day off with my toddler and hang out in service for you guys to fix the mistakes you should have prevented prior to a sale and no one so much as apologized every single person was basically like well it’s “ used”. If Toyota can’t guarantee satisfaction quality and excellent customer service to “ used “ Toyota vehicles than you shouldn’t sell them. I’m not a fan of Toyota and I’m sure this falls on deaf ears as it has the past ten times I have expressed this frustration but at least I can vent. I’m a sole provider for a toddler I work full time I’m in school full time and I was driving an unsafe vehicle, I was extatic to finally be in a solid vehicle when I purchased my Rav. Just to find out it has let me down in every aspect more worry more stress more frustration added to my life. Thank you Toyota for failing me. I would tell you the managers name who is toile with today but he didn’t introduce him self he was tall dark hair bigger guy younger. My experience has been unacceptable and I will be frustrated and angry for the next six years of owning this rav.

I bought my car from there brand new 7 years ago and I always bring it to Toyota of Greensburg because they're honest, trustworthy, and they don't try to rip you off. They're not going to fix something that doesn't need fixed to get extra money. I really appreciate there service through the years. I wish they owned a Subaru dealership because I think that will be my next vehicle. I'll have to check and see if any mechanics know there way around a Suburu because I'll definitely take it to them!

I think your prices should be discussed up front. And I dont mean a print out of your hourly rates. $60 to update a radio with a memory stick is a bit much. Especially when it needed to be done the last time my truck was in for service and now my maintenance warranty is up?? I had it done at your service technicians advice. My fault for not asking up front I suppose.
Then I get the bill and the state inspection is in the list of charges. If I hadn't looked at the bill I would have overpaid more than I already have. You offer free inspection to anyone that buys a vehicle there but then dont follow it up with a tiny bit of research? You can see what my warranty is but not that i purchased the vehicle there??
I've bought 4 vehicles there... how about showing me some loyalty? Spitzer Toyota is just as far for me to drive as your dealership is.
