The only issue is that I didn't get the complementary inspection or if it was done I did not receive a copy of it.

Whomever was responsible for checking me in got a cocky attitude when questioned why my windshield is not covered under the “bumper to bumper Platinum Warranty, because my windshield developed a crack that has spread halfway across with no apparent **** chip. This crack developed at the same time and place that windshield corner piece of plastic would not stay in place. I was charged for the part (which they wanted 69.00 to install). NO why would I have them snap it in place for a two second job and an exorbitant price when I need a windshield? I was told that they guarantee they could find a **** chip using a pencil. Never showed me. Between me and my children, we have purchased 7 vehicles from you and it is the only place we have our cars serviced. This is terrible customer service. What does bumper to bumper cover?

This is the first time out of three years since I have been getting my vehicle serviced here, that I felt like I got milked for money. You guys charged me $69 for two bolts that went over my cover plate. And you your Mechanics were the last ones who touched my vehicle last, so that mint that they tightened the bolts to tight.
