I have found two mark on my new 4Runner on the day I toke delivery. I call Joe and he made the arrangements to get them fixed. But the one mark is still on the 4Runner on the left side rear fender. I called Dan at 5pm on 12/2/19 with a problem I was having with my 2013 tundra. I was at least an hour away from the dealer. I explained what was happening as I'm driving there. I really needed the problem corrected asap as it was part of the repair that was done just over a month ago. Dan began to tell me that they service department closes at 6. He offered and stayed past closing time to assure that he would help as best he could. I finally got to the dealer at 6:15. He had a loaner vehicle ready and waiting. Dan told me that he would get my vehicle looked at first thing in the morning. Calling me around 10am the next morning with the diagnosis and repairs that were needed. I asked if it could be done for 12 pm that day and he assured me that it will be done. I picked my vehicle up at that time and couldn't be more pleased about that type of service. I really appreciate the personal service from Dan to really help me out.
I have bought my vehicle and have had it serviced for everything at Toyota of Greensburg.
Dan is a very good employee for your dealer and know how to treat the customer correctly.

This issue stems back from the date I purchased my 2020 Tacoma on October 5th 2019. I purchased the truck by CASH. ($38,000 +).
I was promised my soft tonneau top the following Monday or Tuesday (10/7 or 8th it had to ordered.
After many calls to my salesman, I found out it was never ordered and he found one at a local shop 10 days later. I then got a call that it was received but after numerous calls to the salesman and GM, with NO Return call back. I request to cancel the purchase days before and I was told I could not do that by the salesman. When my top was installed I never left the lot and went back into Beverly telling her there was something wrong with the installation on how it was installed. I was told it was fine only to come home and find out that the top was out of square and was letting water run into my bed. I called they had me come up again, and
re-adjust the the top. Left the Service area went home took it thru a car wash and again everything under my tonneau was soaking wet. I called again to Service and was told that these tops are not waterproof. I contacted Extang the Manufacturer and they disagreed. 3rd time to Service on 11/28, they took my truck to the local place they purchased my top, they said there were missing parts (springs, spacers and seals) not put on the unit at the time of 1st installation.Which I questioned why would they be missing from a new tonneau just purchased. I would think the installer would question that and not mention it to the Service Manager if this installer ever installed a top previously? To fix this issue they had my truck for 9 days before I got it back. Drove it home in the rain only to find water again coming down the sides and tailgate was soaked. I Contacted Extang again and they want a report and pictures of the issue. I really want to return the top because it is not the correct top and I know others that get NO water in their bed when its raining or going through a car wash. If Toyota of Gbg can't fix a tonneau from excessive leaking how can I trust that general truck maintenance will be reliable. Its 12 miles from my home, not right up the street; to your location, 96 miles on 4 trips and nothing corrected. I left messages for the GM by phone (4) times, with no return call. I had individuals put notes on his desk, through the salesman and Business Manager (no return Call). It sounds like after you purchase a vehicle at Toyota of Greensburg your a forgotten face, especially after you paid Cash and only to get a response from Service "ask anyone here, they will tell you these tops are not waterproof." That is the answer I got if the problems not corrected. Guess I can't haul anything in this truck unless it's a nice day or I don't plan on washing the truck. When they were 10 days late on the installation intiatally I should have cancelled the entire transaction. I contacted Service and Parts on 10/8 asking when my Top was going to be installed they told me they didn't even have any paperwork that they owed me the Tonneau. I waited 30 years to get this Toyota Truck and my wife purchased it as a retirement gift. Love the truck but NOT the Service or how I was treated after my Purchase. Your Dealership took the joy out of this entire experience. Also Mr. Cory Queen needs a true lesson on what Customer Service is all about. By him not returning my calls to discuss this issue, is not a good business practice, take that as advice for future customers. I will be following up with Toyota of America Corporate if this issue continues to persist. In addition Extang has asked me to file a claim because they agree I should not be getting this water inside the bed as I am getting today. I still believe this is not the correct top for my 2020 Tacoma, it does not come up on the Extang website. Only 3 trucks are listed for this top: Chevy, GMC and Jeep. No Toyota Tacoma. I paid $636 for this top from Toyota and I would expect it to keep things DRY in my truck bed. Both the Manufacturer and myself agree.
I will give Beverly the benefit that she tried to help but it should not take 3 visits to fix, correct or replace a Tonneau cover, I would hope Toyota would agree.
