Disappointed in Toyota's reliability and questioning why I bring my car in to Toyota of Greensburg every 5k for service. Why?
On 15Feb2019 @ 49,956 miles I had 4-6mm thickness rear brake pads. On 27Jun2019 @ 55,025 miles I don't know what my pad thickness' were because your multi-point inspection (which I paid $31.75) didn't report it. On 15Nov2019 @ 60,262 miles I still have 4-6mm thickness rear brake pads (your code "yellow") BUT now it is recommended that I replace both front and rear pads as well as front and back rotors for a total cost of $811.25. Rather surprised, having spent $454.88 on 06Oct2016 @ 19,406 miles to replace front and rear pads as well as resurfacing front rotors and replacing rear rotors. If I had the recently recommended brake work done, that would be $1,266.00 since the car's delivery, JUST for brake work. I purchased a Toyota vehicle because I thought it would be economical and reliable transportation. An audit of all the money I have spent at Toyota of Greensburg since its purchase, just to keep this car on the road, is quite disappointing.

When you ask if I wanted my veh9washed, it should be washed. Also, I shouldn't have to search the entire parking lot to find my vehicle when I left it in the spot designated for it to be left. You should have numbers on the ground and or something to make it easier to find the vehicle instead of being told it's out there somewhere.
