We have dealt with your dealership since 1998. During this time frame, we have made numerous friends at the dealership. However, this appointment seemed very different. Our friends are no longer there, and nobody knows us. It was like we were first-time customers. Rob took very good care of us when we dropped off the Highlander. Today, when we arrived to pick up our car, Brian had stepped out so we did not get to meet him. Another fellow took us to the cashier, but we did not even know his name. Sad! I realize the people at the desk cannot always be available, but that was a bit of a disappointment. In the past, Daniel **** took outstanding care of us so we are very spoiled. He would always pull our vehicle into the bay, when we arrived, so we did not need to go hunting throughout the parking lot. What a great customer service—-one that went above and beyond any expectation! Today, we saw our car so it was not a problem to get into it and leave. However, it left us with a very impersonal feeling. I’m only relating this to you, the service department, to ponder. Service and a friendly, personal atmosphere are the backbone of your business. Toyota sells itself. It is the people who make the difference. We have always been pleased with the service received. After picking up any of our cars/trucks, we always felt confident that we had received a thorough job, and things would be working well. That has not changed. We trust the work performed. Brought my car in for 830 appt. Had check engine light on . Was told I needed o2 sensor. You didn't have it in stock so napa was called to deliver. 230 still not there. I asked why wasnt someone sent to pick it up its 5 miles away.was told there was none to send. So finally the part came a and at 3 I was checking out. I was not only charged for the part and the labor, I was charged for diagnostics also. I've never been charged both at any other dealership but yours. I also have an ongoing problem with the brakes overheating and squealing, been there 3 times fof that including brake replacement.i asked as a courtesy if I could get the tire sale price that starts oct.1 because my tires are bald. Was told no. I asked for a manager and was told both were in a meeting. In all of my years in business the customer always comes first. If this is how your customers are treated I am surprised you have any. Robert A
