the only thing that you could improve on, is that as I'm sitting in the waiting room, I see my vehicle out there ready to be delivered. another 10 minutes goes by and then I get a text saying that my vehicle is ready. Another 10 minutes goes by and then the service manager comes over and says my vehicle is ready. But according to my calculations that was good 20 minutes 30 minutes of my wasted time. I think it takes too long from when the my vehicle is done to when I can check out
