Normally we have great service at Toyota of Greensburg... unfortunately, today my husband brought it in for inspection, oil change and tire rotation and was treated with an attitude because I had overlooked that my car needed inspected in June. The number on the inside of the sticker looked like an 8, and I never even thought to look at the outside. Once my car was taken back
My husband went outside to look around the lot, because we would like to upgrade from the rav4 to a 4Runner in the near future. He then witnessed my RAV4 being floored to the floor from the car wash to the service station by one of your techs. I was so upset when I heard, your guys need to understand that these cars they are driving and being entrusted with are not just cars. This Electric Blue RAV4 is my first brand new completely mine car. I have been trusting Toyota of Greensburg to take care of my car and help me keep it up to date with all of its check ups. Knowing that this is how the car that I saved for all through college is being treated, I’m not sure that I will be bringing it back to your business. We appreciate that apologies were made, but I am very unhappy that this is how your customers are being treated.
