I was greeted quickly. Everything was explained to me. They estimated a time that it would take which was very accurate. Offered to drive me to the mall which I didn't except but was a nice offer. The waiting room was great and a nice temperature. A lot of the time places keep it to cold for people who are just sitting and waiting. Great experience. Thank you
