Cameron did a fine job but the service technicians need to get on the same page. I just have a hard time understanding how they left 3 bolts out of my skid plate when changing the oil and then never thought why they would of had 3 bolts left over?? If only one technician was working on my vehicle it’s unlikely this would of happened so it seems strange to forget.....
I do understand that stuff happens and they could have been very busy that day so no worries but you did ask me.

Extended warranty, Platinum warranty, was a waste of my money and the o treat I paid on it. Covers nothing without having to pay for other things first. Bogus warrenty. Thinking of talking to my attorney about this. Tired of being ripped off. Used to like Toyota products, but no more.
