Although the vehicle passed inspection, Anthony explained to me that brake work will likely be required before the next inspection. He thoroughly outlined my options, assuring me that I can safely drive the vehicle while I consider a future date to have the work done. Due to cost of the brake repairs, I am not sure at this point where the work will be done...Toyota, competitor, or by me.

I have had my 5K, 10K and 15K service performed. Each time I was told they would perform the service and wash my vehicle. I have never had a clean vehicle when I went back. 0 for 3. While scheduling the appointments and wait time were decent, please don’t tell me you will wash my vehicle if you don’t ever do it. On a positive note ... Cameron was in today on his day off. He recognized me and helped me out even though he didn't have to. Great young man!
