Brian was very informative when he wrote us up for our service and inspection. He gave us an approximate time that the car would be done and it was ready within that time. He came and got us when the car was done, went over the paperwork and delivered us to the cashier. He did a good job.

No need to contact me unless you’re going to replace my faulty rotors I didn’t pay extra for a Toyota to get hundai quality parts there’s is no explanation for a 4-Runner 2017 with 30,000 miles of n it to need new rotors before it even had one new brake job idiotic and poor quality I’m under 3yr 36,000 , but I paid even extra for an extended bumper to bumper coverage, but no I need to pay $443.00 more due to inferior rotors and that’s only the front I had a Chevy that I had 4 rotors and all brakes replaced for under $500 with a lot higher mileage also why is it that your dealership can’t manage to have a vehicle washed after being told it was done , this isn’t the first time People pay extra for Toyota quality and service that other automakers come up short on but why pay extra pay n next vehicle if quality and service are the same or worse Don’t call unless the inferior rotors are going to be replaced at no cost.
