Just over 1500 miles went to go to mass Saturday night and the engine wouldn’t start. Jump started it and ran it recharge up the battery. When I returned home and backing down the driveway I hand no camera yellow sway lines. Monday I was there to have it checked. I don’t know why it wouldn’t start. But when it did it deleted the sway line program. It cost me $79.00 to reinstall the program. When I asked Steve why that happened he said it might have been ready to go. So why was I charged. And they did not wash the car either, it was on the service request

I was completely satisfied as always,, always polite and went out of way to get me serviced fast and efficiently... the only thing I question is I had a bad battery, and it made my terminal bad as well. Replaced my terminal, if the warranties battery made the terminal bad how is the terminal not covered under warranty? Again was completely satisfied with service and mechanic also he was very informative.. just didnt understand this logic of warranty.
