I always received excellent service from Toyota. Sales people are professional and very courteous. I only have one complaint that has nothing to do with the sales people. I had to bring my one year-old grandson with me and we hung out in a little playroom. I noticed some unsafe items scattered around the play room, some of the toys were very dirty and even the little table and chairs were grimy . Bathrooms were extraordinarily clean But I think the cleanness and safety of the play room would mean the most to people who have to bring small children.
