I was charged $48.99 for an oil change that you have an offer going on for $34.99. Regular price is even $44.99, so the pricing doesn't add up. The price for each tire through the dealership was $156 (plus labor and miscellaneous charges and deductions. This same tire is found elsewhere, consistently, for $108. To add onto it, the tires were not cleaned after installation, leaving a thick, sticky glue substance around each tire and rim. We had to return the car to be cleaned and the detail shop complained it was left on in the first place as it was more difficult to remove. I won't be returning to the dealership.

I believe that my tires weren't rotated or air pressure checked. I had a slow leak in the drivers side rear tire that I put sealant in and the valve stem was marked with a red cap. After I got home I noticed the red cap tire was still on the drivers side rear position and the air pressure was 4 lbs lower than the rest of the other tires at 27 lbs as indicated on the onboard display. It’s not a big deal, I just ended up rotating them myself today. But I hope everything else was checked accordingly. Thank you

The service person was fine. This the second appointment in row where something was wrong with my car after having the service. First my tires went out of balance from the tire rotation. I know this because I had had my car alignment and tire balance checked 1 week prior. This appointment my cabin air filter was replaced and now when I turn the fan on I can hear the fan blade hitting something in the dash. This is unacceptable.

wanted the entire bumper aligned, only the end cap was adjusted. Bumper is still out of adjustment
