A job well done and in the time quoted.

Could not possibly be more disappointed with the service I received at Toyota of Greensburg. Upon pickup of my car I was slapped with a $653.00 bill for brake pad's and oil change. Yes brake pad's and oil. Cameron Krause intentionally misrepresented the the price when he contacted me at work. The issues he spoke about were addressed in January 2019 and when we questioned it he called and said my brakes were at an 8 and 9 and did not need to be replaced. However in August 2018 my brakes were at a 4 and 5 as stated by another service rep at Toyota of Greensburg. Cameron stated that it would be an additional $245 to replace the brakes and on top of what I was told $170 for my 30,000 mile service. It turned out that it was 245 just for the back brakes and 260 for the front brakes which was never stated. No total was ever given from Cameron Krause to me either. I called Cameron back after he called me to tell me my truck was ready and the total of $653 and ask what kind of breaks pads were put on. He told me Toyota did not install ceramic pads instead basic break pads which are around $30. He told me well we can’t go back because the job is done, I said I would have never agreed to this ridiculous price had I known. After paying the bill in full Cameron Krause choose to hide in the back like a coward and had the new service rep hand me the paperwork. I said you might want to get away from these dishonest people. My friend took the paper to Cameron Krause to discuss this with him since he had previously talked with him about it and it turned out to be an even bigger disappointment because he offered no apology or explanation for the matter. Aside from our personal dislike of his character in general we still hoped for some training or customer service to shine through but to no avail. Shame on you Toyota of Greensburg. Taking advantage of hard working people will in the end cost you what you need to succeed. Satisfied customers with return business and referrals. Word of mouth can make or break even the best of them. When I dropped my truck off yesterday morning I even spoke to the female service rep about trading my 2016 Limited 4Runner in for a 2020 Limited 4Runner but I will definitely be buying it elsewhere and never taking my 4Runner back to Toyota of Greensburg.

Not used to having people talk down to me. Asking me where the SUV was purchased.. Asking me if I have the car serviced at a different dealership. I came in with a coupon Greensburg Toyota sent me.. And then being told that didn’t even cover my SUV. Why send me a coupon to start coming back for service at Greensburg Toyota. Then question me WHY IM EVEN THERE. Then after the service was completed my SUV wasn’t even washed .. All the other customers had received their vehicles backed WASHED .. Just mine was left dirty.. Not sure WHY you sent me this coupon.. GRIEF I didn’t appreciate.. A HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS..

I have always used the dealership to service my car and have always trusted them to be honest with me and so far I have not had a reason to mistrust them.

Brian handled our ‘walk in’ problem efficiently and with great concern for our satisfaction. He went above and beyond to help us secure warranty coverage for our tires. He kept us fully informed as to the progress of our issue. When he was presented with an unexpected problem (a second tire was damaged) he communicated to us immediately for authorization to proceed with that repair. Rarely do you feel like you are part of the ‘team’ working on a problem....he made us feel that way! Kudos to Brian and Kudos to Greensburg Toyota for hiring him! Thank you so much!!
