There was a longer than expected wait and he was very apologetic, immediately looked into it and made sure that I knew what was going on with my car, and gave me a discount for having to wait so long. Great customer service on his part!

Cameron was fine but neglected to tell me about the situation regarding my brake issue. I brought the car in for a brake issue in addition to buying new tires. After reviewing my bill I had to re-enter the showroom to inquire about the notation regarding ordering brake pads which may be a recall issue. He should have told me this before I had to inquire about it. He did explain that once the brake pads came in he would give me a call to resolve the brake issue I hope this is resolved sooner than later.

I scheduled for 50k service plus annual inspection plus a vibration.
I reconfirmed those three things at drop off.
When paying, i showed my coupon for the free inspection and Cameron looked at me and said they didn’t do an inspection. “It gets very hectic on saturdays”.
I live in Apollo and work in Cranberry. It is very inconvenient for me to have to come back out because your team did not do one of the services I had come in for.
Extremely disappointed.
