They were able to get me in and out within one hour for an oil change. Speed is king for an oil change. We also had a consultative discussion about my tires and my tire rotation. One thing to note - the person that schedules appointments is too wordy. I was on hold for five minutes to schedule and then once she answered my call she answered every question with a long runaway sentence. The runaway sentences may have caused me to wait on hold then definitely kept me on the phone longer than I wanted. In my opinion an oil change should be scheduled in less than 60 seconds. Remember- other Toyota dealers do not require an appointment for an oil change. I owned a Honda for 11 years and was always in and out at Honda in Greenssburg without an appointment. I consider speed and reliability of service at the dealership when I purchase a car.
