The whole team is exceptional. I had an emergency, my son was driving on an interstate when all of the warning lights came on. I placed a call the receptionist gave me the first available advisor. Chat. He gave me same day appointment within minutes of calling.
When the car arrived CJ took over seamlessly have a technician diagnose the problem. This was done in an efficient, proficient, professional manner by the technician. I forgot his name but I expressed my gratitude.
CJ alerted us to the possibility problems, both worst case or less case.
I enjoyed a wonderful cup of coffee while waiting. In a very short period of time the problem was not only diagnosed but corrected.
Team work is so apparent in this service organization. It starts at the top with the general manager committed to quality. Rob Henry has a proven track record of managing a to flight service organization.
