Like most high volume service departments, if it’s not on the checklist in the service manual, it’s not happening. My Tundra $1k tonneau cover is leaking water, much worse than before the recall ‘fixed’ it. The service dept checked the boxes: installed correctly ‘check’, recall performed correctly ‘check’, NEXT…

I was instructed to look on redit for solutions to fix it myself.
