I was scheduled for an inspection. Upon arrival, I also mentioned that my car was saying there was maintenance required. I was told it was likely the tire rotation which I didn’t need because I just had new tires put on. I waited two hours for my inspection to be completed. Which seemed like an awful long time.
When I received the confirmation text for my appointment it had asked if I wanted an appraisal while my car was in for service and if I did I was to respond “appraisal” which I did. When I was told my car was done, I asked if they did the appraisal and I was told no because they don’t do that in service. I mentioned that I received a text and responded to have it done while it was being serviced. At that point, I wasn’t waiting around any longer.
When I got in my car, my “maintenance required” alert was still on. Which I I was able to turn off on my own. They also didn’t replace the next service sticker which I believe should have been replaced as my current mileage is a few thousand over what is suggested on the sticker.
