Brian and Chad were both very helpful! I was able to get an appointment easily and had a loaner vehicle as I live about an hour away. The Toyota dealership closer to me was never able to accommodate me early on in my ownership, so I’ve completely avoided them and used a local garage (it’s a wonderful garage!) dreaded having to go to the dealership for this repair!!! But you guys have restored some of my faith in Toyota dealerships! I plan to come back ( if needed) and do want to purchase a new car within the next 5 years! You’ve become my go to!
