My service started out great, but lack of communication about my vehicle was disappointing, as I was getting a lot of work done. I called several times a day and no one answered. When I left a message, no one called me back. I finally got a call today, after me leaving a message 3 days earlier. The person that I talked to did not know that I had left a message. Service department needs to work on their customer service by phone.

Well, I dropped my car off the night before and had to park on the street which I didn’t like. I had a 7:00 a.m. appointment and asked for an AM pick up. I called at noon since no one called me. I was informed that 7:00 was my appointment to talk with the advisor NOT my appointment for Auto Butler. He thought they took it about 10:00 which meant I wouldn’t get it back until late afternoon.
If they had at least done the oil change BEFORE they sent to AB and called me as soon as they found my car, it would have been an improvement.
