Service was the worse ever. I had a scheduled appointment at 11:20 on October 20. I decided to call to check the status of my car after 3:00 and was told that a email was sent to my phone asking if it was ok to keep my car overnight because they were unable to get to me. I never received that email. I explained to the service tech that I didn't get the text but it was ok to keep my car so they could find the problem. I was never offered a loaner car. I called the next day around 11:30, was placed on hold and was told again my car was not done yet and might be ready around 12:30ish. At this point I'm pissed and very unsatisfied with the service. My shock on the car was replaced finally but service was horrible. Will not visit that location again.

I'm satisfied with this visit, but there shouldn't have been a visit. Due to improper work done on my previous appointment, I had to bring it back. I'm not pleased that to bring it back, I had to take off work and have my wife follow me with our other vehicle.

I came in to address tire pressure lights. Once Terall Russell, service advisor and I discussed the issue he immediately added air to all four tires. Unfortunately by the time he placed the air hose back on the rack the driver's front tire gad lost some pressure. Terall checked my vehicle in for further inspection. After inspection by the service tech it was determined there was a valve stem issue. It was replaced and no fees as a courtesy. I purchased my vehicle on November 30, 2019. This was my second time for service due to the VIVID pandemic... Terall has provided me excellent service.

Don't know where to start I have had nothing but great things to say about my experience with auffenberg nissan. From the receptionist, to my service advisor, to check out. They found my service plan where I didnt have to pay for a oil change and tire rotation. I bought at another Nissan dealer in Illinois. Have gotten 2 other oil changes and was charged. We bought new so why am I paying for service already. Its only 9 months old. Thank you again to the service team. Especially my advisor that took the time to look it my account.
