To be honest, I’m not sure why I still bring my vehicle here to be serviced. I dk t trust that you all are doing what you say you’re doing. Half the time the staff is rude, and the quality of service is just not on par with any other Nissan service center I’ve been to. I still have open recalls on my vehicle, to which the attendant initially couldn’t find. On top of that, I nearly had to pay for service that I’ve already paid for because my attendant didn’t recognize my vehicle in the system , or “ because my license plate says Wisconsin...” I got my tires from tires plus because you all are simply not about earning the customers dollar... or maybe the experience is solely my displeasure. Either way... this place needs a makeover
