They did a great job. My car looks so great, just like new (paint and leather cleaning, plus interior cleaning). (My first appt was at South Auffenberg Ford in September 2019 and they only did the paint, no leather or interior cleaning like my contract states. There was a new person, who just started working, and they were overwhelmed on that day. I did not reach out to anyone to report it as I just didn’t have the time and wanted to get my vehicle and leave as my life was very “busy” at that time).
I did not realize that my Auto Butler appt was at Ford North in O’Fallon and not at Nissan in O’Fallon. It was not clear when the appt was made (friendly recommendation for a text be sent to the client when the appt is made so we know exactly where to go, so errors like this don’t happen. I had to rent a car too, so I could leave my vehicle the night before).
Rob Courtial caught the mistake and contacted me and was able to squeeze me in at Nissan and got everything taken care of. I consider that superior customer service. Thank you! I plan to get my remaining Auto Butler appts at Nissan in O’Fallon, as I am very confident in their service. ????

I had an appointment at 11 and they told me that just because I had an appointment at 11 that it could take all day! As this being my first apt. I was not very happy with staying there all day, but he said if I was staying they could get to it sooner thank god. I just feel that if you have an apt they should do vehicle by apt not that you bring it in and they get to it when they can!
