Rob, the service guy is great. I’ve been coming to Auffenberg for over two years and he is always very professional, honest and communicates at the highest level. That being said, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I came in to have my rear struts replaced and rusted, vibrating heat shields removed. The right wheel bushing was seized. Rob did a great job keeping informed, which I am grateful for because to replace that bushing would have been a $1000 in labor. I got home and removed it in three hours. At that time I discovered only on heat shield had been removed for $80, I asked for both. In addition, it seems the right strut, which was replaced is squeeking.
