Initially I was pretty upset because I had prearranged with Service to have the tires I was buying to be at the shop the day before my appointment because I was going to be very busy that day and did not want to have to wait for them to be delivered. But when I checked in the tires were not present and after a call to Autotire we learned that you would get them today but did not know when. So your Service Dept arranged for a rental car so I could go about my business that day. So in the end I was able to go about my business while you all waited for the tires.
Thanks for taking this action.
You should check your system to see why your suppler did not deliver Monday - unless they did and you used the tires for some other Monday customer.

I was a drive in for routine oil change. The service manager personally wrote up the order and took care of. He was very pleasant as were the other employees I encountered. I drive an Infiniti QX80 and you definitely met my expectations and then some as enjoyed at my Infiniti dealer back in Texas.
