I had an appointment for an oil change for my 2018 Honda Odyssey and when I went to check in they had all incorrect contact and car information then once it got fixed I waited almost 2hrs just for a simple oil change while the guy in front of me only waited 40min and I had to get on the road. Also, getting in contact with anyone there is nearly impossible. Customer service is not the best.

Made an appointment for the morning of 07/28 for a car diagnosis. A day and a half later received no call from them so I called and they told me what the problem of my car was. Our issue is no one called to give us the diagnosis of our vehicle (they told me they will call me once they diagnosed it but they did not).
Picked up our vehicle on 08/04 but returned it back an hour later due to a loud cranking sound coming from my vehicle. It turns out they did not properly attach one of the parts of our vehicle prior to releasing it back to us (Quality control failure). Lastly the driver side and seat on our vehicle is full of grease marks (you would hope that they will keep your car clean and maintain it in the condition that you left it to them but obviously they did not).
