Due to time involved, I was given a rental, they helped me find a safe place for my bike, got my keys/garage opener out of my car so I could get into my house. After asking why my brake fluid, was marked caution in need of change after notifying them its been changed recently i was told a visual check is performed. Not a litmus paper test not a test using any instrument that humans would use to actually insure that the fluid is good. A visual test. I know for a fact most things marked ok the list “caution” were things that were both not checked and some id understand its a time thing. But things like my oil, brake fluid, coolant id expect tools are used yo check them. Especially if in waiting an hour for an oil change

When asked by Auto Bulter when making the appointment, will I be waiting. Yes. Today, I waited four hrs!!! Rob in the service dept had to call to check and tell them I had been waiting along time. I have been doing the Auto Bulter for three cars over the 12 yr period. This was the worse wait ever!
