I thought I could trust the professionals when it came to my SUV. I guess since I'm a woman the professionals at Auffenberg thought they could take advantage of me. I should have known better than to go back. When I first brought my SUV in Kyle greeted me and was very polite. I explained to him that the lift gate would not latch. He informed me that the diagnostic would cost $146. I refused to pay that when I felt it was something simple. I drove out with the lift gate bouncing open with every bump. Thanks to "You Tube" I flipped the the switch with a screw driver and low and behold it was latched! Something so simple, even a woman could do it! Today I returned for the expensive diagnostic. I was told that it would cost $1,300 to fix because the mechanism had gone out and luckily they had the part in stock. Something told me to leave. I told him that was ridiculous and I left. When I went to pick up my son I mentioned what was going on. The father ""You Tubed" it and LOW and BEHOLD it said to disconnect the negative charge on the battery for 15 min. It works just perfectly now and it cost me nothing other than throwing away $146 for a diagnostic test which was a scam!
I have never been so disappointed in the so called "professionals" in my life! How satisfied am I with your service? Not at all satisfied! Furious! Disappointed! How can you make me satisfied? Give me my money back, apologize for trying to take advantage of me(all women) and truly be a place where a simple 15 min fix doesn't cost $1,300! Shame on you Auffenberg!
