Service technician was very knowledgible and courteous; expedited my services within the time he stated.

I have a 2018 Nissan Sentra within a year my RPM would rip up I took it in they found debris in my transmission pan Which they cleaned out then the car would not shift correctly so I called the service center and they advised me that Nissan wanted a video of it not happening we send in a video went back to the service center to get the status on it and they stated Nissan wanted another video come on now I have researches and find that the CVT transmissions to have issues and they just brushed it off they wanted to do a transmission flush but wanted to charge me $250 which is ridiculous they should have done that one day remove the Dupree from the pan also my 2018 Sentra the Rubber seal around the windshield blew off twice which I had to push back down on the driver side went to the service center in O'Fallon Illinois advised what was going on and they told me that I was 2,000 over my warranty the best I could do is just glue it down and hope it sticks I've never had anything but american-built and now I will have learned my lesson I am stuck in a hard place because Nissan does have issues with their CVT transmission and I suppose when the time comes we will see what happens I'm very unsatisfied I love my car but I'm very unsatisfied with the car that I am dealing with thank you for just listening to me like any other person in the service center I have spoke my peace I suppose that's all I can do have a great day

The staff was nice but I didn’t feel it should take two hours for an oil change and tire rotation, when I had an appointment!

This was my last free oil change and I’ve never had a problem until this visit. When I got back into my vehicle my sunglasses that I placed on my rear view mirror were gone. After looking around, we found them on the seat my mother was sitting on them, the guy said they were on the floor, I attached them to the necklace I had hanging on my mirror. Not sure how they ended up on the floor. Also, all of the items I had underneath my stereo were inside my cup holder. That’s weird, I had my oil changed...not my car cleaned out. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and twenty minutes, the longest to date. Yeah, probably won’t be returning to have my oil changed here.

The service was above and beyond.

I did have a reoccurring issue, had it in before for it. When I put it in reverse, the car jerks land it feels like I hit something. The technician said if they looked at it again, they would have to charge me for the technicians time if they couldn’t replicate it. It’s under warranty and was seen before for this. Why would I have to pay to have it looked at?

I never have any problems coming to have maintenance done on my car but this visit was awesome because they got my oil changed in under 30 minutes! The mechanic that worked on my car engaged with me as well as the guys working the desk and overall I was very satisfied with their customer service. :)

I paid $600 to have my air conditioner fixed, and after a day and a half I pick it up and it does not work. They called me in the morning and told me that it was blowing very cold air, but when I picked it up The service manager could not even get it to blow cool air. Please contact me because I am very dissatisfied!
